So I’m bringing my experience from Big Tech™ to Health Tech and Civic Tech organizations who want to reduce administrative burden and make a bigger impact.
For the last 10+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of CX Leadership and UX at Instagram, Zapier, and NYU Langone Health alongside my ongoing grassroots organizing practice. I also consult progressive organizations through Trestle Collaborative.

I re-designed an enterprise desktop admin and mobile app to manage CDC-compliant hybrid work during the pandemic. After completion, the startup met their goal of getting acquired.

My Process
Phase 1: Discovery
I’ll start by clearly defining the problem you need to solve. 🧩 From here, we can figure out what we can accomplish together and how long we spend in the following phases.
Phase 4: CX
Great UX goes a long way in meeting (or surpassing) expectations— customer support helps cover the rest. 🤝 I’ll assess how your team provides support and identify ways to be more efficient, accurate, and empathetic.
Phase 3: UX/UI Design & Service Design
I’ll design prototypes in Figma that address the pain points we’ve uncovered, so that the journey is seamless for both your customers and members of your team delivering care. 💓
Phase 2: UX Research
I’ll conduct studies with those affected by the problem to uncover their needs and expectations, so we can make sure we meet them in the design. Measure twice, cut once. 📏
